TPLF concentrates our practice in the area of Intellectual Property law and related commercial disputes, with an emphasis on litigation and licensing.
TPLF has a particular interest in providing legal services in patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret litigation, and other commercial litigation to its clients on a reasonable hourly basis and contingency fee or result based fee basis.
